| Hi Bill! I have after some time of adjustment learned to use my new irons. At first it seemed to me that I hit the ball shorter with these new clubs which felt a bit frusterating... I have now adjusted my swing tempo and I hit the ball very good. The clubs feel great and I think I have improved my iron game quiet a bit. I also have a problem with my clubs. The grips have loosen up on the upper end of the clubshaft. So far it is the 4,6,7,8 iron (+ Driver from last year) that has become so loose so I had to replace them with a new grip. When changing them I found out that the reason they get loose is when moisture get in between shaft and grip, the glue seem to let go. So far I have removed the grip and put on one of the extra grips I bought from you. My worry is that all the grips will get loose in some time. I think I have handled the clubs well (but the spring and summer has been quiet rainy so far...). Questions to you: 1. Is it possible to remove a grip and reuse it - putting it on again? How can I do it? Do you have some advice? 2. Is it possible for you to send me some grips to replace the loosen ones? 3. It is the Grey Golf Pride Softie grip on the clubs. Karin is very pleased with her clubs as well. For her the new clubs was a great improvement from the ones she had. She has become a good ironplayer. Thank you Bill for your fine work! Please come back to me with advice, /Staffan |
