Bill,
I received the 7-wood yesterday and took it out to the course today.
I just can't believe how great this club is! Not only does it look
wonderful and professionally built, but it plays better than my old Big
Bertha Heavenwood. It feels very solid and well-built, and I am looking 
forward to many low rounds this year (I'm trying to stay under a 18
hcp.) 
Anyway, I'd just like to thank you for the great club and would like to
compliment you on all aspects of your service. Everything from ordering 
to the quality to the price was top-notch. The next time I want to have
a Golfsmith-headed club built, I'll contact you first and I'll be
letting my
friends know about your service.
