"The Gripper" is the name of my custom golf business. I started making golf clubs as a hobby in 1990. I enjoyed the work and needed another profession as I prepared to retired at the end of 1997, from the National Weather Service. So in January 1995, I obtained a business license and opened my business. In August 1998, I relocated my residence and business from Cordova, Tennessee to Lakeland, Florida. Member of "Golf Clubmakers Association"

Most of my advertisement is done by word of mouth. Many of my customers are referred to me by Cleveland Heights Golf Course located in Lakeland Florida. I specialize in Golfsmith's and GSA product line of golf components; but also have available most all of the popular legal look-a-like clubs on the market.

My prices are probably the best one can find anywhere but what is more important, my workmanship and service is second to none. I would invite anyone to first shop for what clubs they might be interested in, as well as the price, then let me email you a quote for the same item - you will be surprised at how much $$$ money $$$ you will save. All ordered usually take 8 to 10 days from the time you order to when they arrive at your front door.
